[IMP] Add WIP Thread scheduler inside kernel DLL.
[META] PE loader: Fix uneven macros inside PE.hxx.
[FIX] Add more checks to Thread loader inside bootloader for PE32+
[IMP] Refactor KernelLoader to Thread inside loader EXE.
