[IMP] newoskrnl: Add symbol for cred_construct_token, reworked
ProcessHeap, new SCI.hxx for SCI and SCM.
[IMP] newosldr: Loads the kernel correctly and can launch it, improved
erorr handling.
[META] newoskrnl, newosldr: Improved code and refactors.
