[FIXES] SEE BELOW.
+ Cleanup SCIBase.hxx, using functions instead of passing arguments to syscall.
+ Update Process scheduler, refactored the code and improved some chunk
of it.
+ Update the THREAD_INFORMATION_BLOCK structure.
