Kernel: Move CA_FAR CA_NEAR into x86 code only.
Kernel: Breaking changes, removed kObjectTypeProcess and
KObjectTypeUserDefined with kObjectTypeGeneric.
Makefile: Move ' -I../ -I../../../Private/ ' to CCINC variable.
