[ FIX ] Almost fixed the ring-3 switch code, which currently gives an UD
error.
[ REFACTOR ] Kernel is now a EXE, instead of being a DLL.
[ FIX ] Fixed some parts of the user scheduler and kernel, cleaned it
up also.
