WiP: See below.
- GetDevicePathSize
- IsDevicePathValid
- DuplicateDevicePath
- Fix kernel build on MinGW-gcc.
- Will also work on kernel disk bootstrap drivers (ATA, NVME).
- Add compile_flags.txt for drivers to lint correctly.
