Kernel(Secret): Major commit.

- Extensive cleanup of the code, and kernel improvements.
- The System API has been reworked to be better designed.

What is needed now:
- AHCI disk driver.
- HCFS/NewFS driver.
- EPM layout implementation.
- Separate bootloader and kernel.
