- Add RunTime init function.
- Add ReadMe.md
Kernel:
- Improve TLS code, use Encoder class instead of casting directly.
- Refactor process team to include processscheduler.hpp instead.
ObjectKit:
- Rename Object.hxx to ObjectKit.hxx
Builtins/AHCI:
- Rename API.hxx to Interface.hxx
