Kernel: See below.
- Fix interrupts, it's only assembly code now, remove
HalInterruptHandlerAMD64.cxx.
- Improve documentation for FileManager.cxx
- Improve diagnostics for KernelCheck.
(Everything is ready for the AHCI driver!)
