IMP: Fixes and improvements on PEF Loader, User scheduler and BMP manager.
- This covers the Memory Manager, User Scheduler Manager and Loader Manager.
- These are mostly fixes and added features.
- Such as a new symbol to get heap reserve.
META: Run format command.
