dev, kernel: scheduler and disk swap refactors.
Details:
- Reworked SCSI groundwork to prepare for a Generic SCSI driver.
- Refatored scheduler's code with the new coding style for
structs.
- Add Leak and LeakBlob inside PROCESS_IMAGE struct.
