feat: Heavily reworked the SMP subsystem paper.
refactor: BinaryMutex implementation and paper has been reworked as well using LockAndWait instead of LockOrWait. other: Reworked tooling macros. Signed-off-by: Amlal El Mahrouss <amlal@nekernel.org>
