IMP: Fixes improvements and new APIs and implementations.

	- Add more threading API calls.
	- Moved /dev/zka/modules/ to /dev/modules/.
	- Add APM API inside /dev/modules.
	- Add SInt{x} types inside Defines.hxx.
	- Fix formatting inside PRM.
